                            Heavy Duty Roller Vibrators

                            Key features vs other roller vibrators:  Uses a precision cast iron roller rotating in high tensile steel races.  Not portable.   

                            Characteristics: Simple, powerful, moderate life, and easily adjusted.  Noise is moderate with medium and heavy duty models.  Loud noise with the extra heavy duty models. 

                            Energy Source:  Air Powered/Pneumatic.

                            Force Output:  Radial.

                            Force Output Range:  500 to 2,700 lbs.

                            Usage Recommendation: Intermittent operation (2 to 4 hours/day) when considering energy usage and life.

                            Description: Pneumatic radial roller vibrator is designed with one rotating roller.  Force outputs are generated at higher frequencies than a comparable ball vibrator. Driven by compressed air, a ring shaped roller rotates inside the vibrator housing. The center line of the roller is slightly offset from the center line of the vibrator housing. This produces a centrifugal force as the roller spins which causes the radial vibration.  The force output is easily adjusted by varying the supply air line pressure.

                            Product Applications:  Wide range of applications in both compaction and bulk material flow.
