Characteristics: Portable, inexpensive, ease to mount

Description: A dual roller pneumatic vibrator ideal for unloading railcars that require high frequency and high force. Equipped with a comfort grip side handle, the Car-Rocker™ Portable Pocket Vibrator Assembly is easily positioned in the pocket or moved from car to car. Vibrator and bracket weigh 65 pounds.

Recommendation: A good choice for hopper car unloading due to ease of use, high force output, low initial cost, and long wear life.

Portable Vacuum Mount Vibrator Assembly

Characteristics: Portable, lightweight, ease to mount

Description: A linear piston vibrator attached to a vacuum pad mount base for removal of materials between batches. Lightweight and portability helps determine best placement for possible permanent vibrators.

Recommendation: A good choice for intermittent flow problems or where ease of installation and portability is required.
